Construction is progressing smoothly at the Lagos Marina Hotels

Next to the Lagos Marina and within walking distance of the beach, the Lagos Marina Hotels are two Hilton-branded hotels. These major Mercan Properties projects will add more than 250 rooms and 188 direct jobs in the Algarve’s hospitality sector.

As for the current status, the perimeter walls surrounding both hotels have been completed. Work on the direct and indirect foundations of the 5-star Curio Collection hotel has already been completed, and work on the foundations of the 4-star Hilton Garden Inn hotel is close to ending. A key milestone has been achieved to ensure structural stability at the base.

Execution of the slab on floor 1 is going at a fast pace at the Curio Collection hotel and is expected to begin in the coming weeks at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel.
