Strengthening Mercan’s Presence in China

Earlier this month, our Senior Business Development Manager, Shuangshuang Li, was invited to participate in a series of exclusive initiatives aimed at reinforcing our presence in the Chinese market.

The first was a private, invitation-only event hosted at Chaucer International’s offices, gathering 20 selected participants. Mercan had the honor of presenting the Keranis Residences, our flagship project under the Greek Golden Visa program. This closed-door setting allowed for tailored engagement and meaningful conversations around investment opportunities.

In parallel to this event, Shuangshuang Li held a strategic meeting with Luís Castro Henriques, Director of AICEP in Shanghai (Portugal’s Trade & Investment Agency). The meeting focused on exploring avenues for future cooperation and identifying potential synergies between Mercan’s activities and AICEP’s priorities in China.

To round off the week, Shuangshuang also participated in a webinar hosted by EZGO Immigration. This online event focused on presenting the investment landscape in Portugal, with a special emphasis on providing an overview of the private equity industry in the country. It served as another excellent opportunity to position Mercan as a key player in the Portuguese investment ecosystem.
