The rest is in the (fairy-like) hands of Juliana Leitão, the spa manager, or the rest of the team, who will create a unique experience tailored in detail to your needs and preferences.

Here, unlike what is common in other places, there are no fixed treatments. The experience is designed to match what you truly need—whether it’s a moment of pure relaxation or a drainage massage after a week full of steps or long hours on your feet. “We’re different every day, [so] we need something different every day, which is why we try to adjust [the care to each person’s mood],” Juliana Leitão tells us in conversation. That’s also why the aromatic experience itself varies depending on the personal taste of the person booking the treatment.

Among the options are the Revitalizing Massage Body Oil, with essential oils of mint, pine, and rosemary; the Relaxing Massage Body Oil, featuring lavender, bergamot, and citrus; and the Body Supple Skin Oil, all from L’Occitane. Options for those who prefer more energetic, calming, intense, or subtle aromas. There’s also a neutral alternative for anyone with allergies to ingredients in the other three options or for those who simply don’t enjoy fragrances in general.

At the end of the treatment, it’s possible to extend the relaxation in the sauna, steam room, experience shower, and heated indoor pool.
