Keeping the stamp of boldness, a touch of provocation, and originality in its creations, Blss U has just renewed its menu. Designed for the hottest season of the year, the offer signed by Chef Xavier Oliveira includes small plates to share, fresh salads, and indulgent temptations that will make you forget any diet.

For starters, the first new arrival is the carrot and pennyroyal cream soup with shrimp skewer (€8), but the codfish, tomato, and chutney fritter (€9), as well as the mushroom and truffle samosas (€9), are also making their debut on the menu. For those who enjoy flavors with an oriental influence, sharing options range from shrimp baos with sunomono, peanuts, and togaroshi (€14) to Korean fried chicken (€14). Those who can’t resist a touch of Portuguese cuisine, even in their starters, can count on rojão (pork) sandwiches (€10) and octopus croquettes with smoked pepper coulis (€12).

The colorful world of salads features light, fresh, and balanced combinations such as watermelon, feta, and basil (€14); chicken, peach, and peanuts (€16); or the Caesar salad (€16), which breaks paradigms by replacing chicken with shrimp.

For mains, the inverted spinach and ricotta lasagna (€18) is the new vegetarian highlight, while the cod served with fragola pasta and samphire (€26) stands out among the fish dishes. In the meat section, the black pork cheeks remain on the menu, now paired with wild oven-baked rice and chives (€22), while the aromatic pork belly with chickpea curry and spiced fruit-and-nut basmati rice (€19) also promises to leave a mark. The Blssed Steak (€26) settles into the menu to satisfy cravings for the classic Portuguese prego sandwich, served with a fried egg and fries.

For those who believe the best comes last, Chef Xavier Oliveira does not disappoint sweet lovers, introducing creations like Gula “by the meter” (€7), an authentic ode to sweet tooths that combines chocolate, caramel, and peanuts, or the black cheesecake with mascarpone and strawberries (€9). The new menu also makes room to reinterpret some traditional Portuguese dessert classics, such as papos de anjo with Caribbean salad (€8) and a sponge cake served with truffled Brie and tomato jam (€8).

If curiosity has knocked at your door, Blss U is open daily for lunch from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM, and for dinner from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
