Located in the picturesque city of Évora, Forno da Telha honors tradition, regional cuisine and local producers with a modern touch on the last night of the year as well. In a celebration themed “The 1920s,” the New Year’s Eve Dinner will feature live music and a menu composed of soup, starter, fish dish, meat dish and dessert, plus a late-night supper with codfish fritters, caldo verde with chouriço and bifanas, with open bar starting at midnight.

Inspired by Roman banquets, where the elite delighted in rich meals filled with entertainment and animation, the restaurant located in the city of Beja celebrates New Year’s Eve with a six-course dinner. From the selection of cheeses and charcuterie, to confit codfish with chickpea purée, cornbread and pennyroyal, to stewed black pork loin with chestnuts and mushrooms, along with a variety of Christmas desserts, the night will also feature musical moments and a late-night supper.

Hilton Garden Inn Évora

To celebrate the arrival of 2026, the Hilton Garden Inn Évora has prepared a dinner designed for the whole family. The night begins with Cante Alentejano, followed by starters, soups, salads, cheeses, seafood and a showcooking station with white fish ceviche.
