Café Arts Prepares A Love Story Through Flavors

Café Arts, at Arts Porto Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, designed a special gastronomic proposal for São Valentim night, on February 14. The experience begins with “O Primeiro Olhar”, a fresh white fish ceviche marinated in citrus and aromatic herbs. Next comes “O Encanto”, a provençal bouillabaisse with fresh fish and seafood in an aromatic tomato-and-herb broth. For the main course, “A Profundidade” presents pork cheek cooked at low temperature, served with a velvety parsnip purée. To finish, “O Amor Revelado” surprises with a creamy cheese semifreddo, hiding a guava paste heart inside.
