Joana Gabirra Wins Best Revenue Management Manager at the Xénios Awards 2026

Joana Gabirra has been named Best Revenue Management Manager at the Xénios Awards 2026, a distinction promoted by the ADHP – Associação dos Diretores de Hotéis de Portugal and presented during the association’s 22nd Congress in Elvas on Thursday, March 5.

According to the ADHP, the Xénios Awards recognize and distinguish the best hotel directors and the best business partner operating in Portugal, with the evaluation focused on the year prior to the one in which the awards are presented.

The selection process began with an open application period for hospitality professionals, followed by an online public vote. From there, a shortlist of three finalists per category was created and assessed by a jury made up of leading figures in hospitality and tourism.

The final decision combined the jury’s vote with the online voting results, culminating in Joana Gabirra’s win and reinforcing the impact of her work in revenue management at AHM – Ace Hospitality Management.
