Right in the heart of Porto’s historic center, Blss U is challenging all the rules and labels this Easter. The gastroclub is offering a new dining proposal to celebrate the occasion with family, as a couple, or among friends, where creative dishes, traditional seasonal desserts, and even an omelet showcooking station come together in a space full of color and personality.

At the table, the journey of flavors begins with the bakery and pastry section, followed by the famous fresh and nutritious salads with ingredients such as chickpeas, couscous, or roasted vegetables, as well as a succulent roast beef served with mustard sauce.

The hot dishes section is reserved for some traditional Portuguese bites, such as chicken gizzards, rojões, cheese and cured meat boards, but also mini beef burgers and fusilli with chicken. The omelet showcooking station stands out, as do the vegetarian options, made up of combinations such as mini tofu quiches and penne with vegetables and sautéed tofu.

For those with a sweet tooth, the final part of the brunch is the most appreciated. During Easter season, the tradition of festive pastries remains alive with choices ranging from folar to pão de ló, as well as Brazilian quindim or Argentine chocotorta.

Blss U’s Easter Brunch takes place on Sunday, April 5, and is priced at €40 per person, with a welcome drink and beverages such as water, soft drinks, beer, wine, sangria, and coffee included. Children aged 4 to 12 receive a 50% discount, and children up to 3 years old are guests of the venue. Seating is limited, and reservations can be made by email at blssu@blssu.pt.
