Blss.U Brings Porto’s Most Iconic Celebration 'S. João' to the Table

BLSS. U, the restaurant at Sé Catedral Porto Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, invites locals and visitors to celebrate Saint John Night, on june 23, with a special outdoor experience inspired by one of Porto’s most cherished traditions.

Located in the historic center of the city, BLSS U will set up an outdoor bar and a festive street-food style menu, creating a relaxed atmosphere where guests can enjoy the spirit of São João before heading out to experience the city’s celebrations.

Available throughout the evening, the menu features some of the most iconic flavors associated with Saint John festivities. Guests can enjoy a traditional Portuguese pork sandwich (Bifana), Caldo Verde with chouriço, freshly baked bread stuffed with Portuguese chouriço, and a classic combination of Portuguese cornbread served with sardines and roasted pepper salad. Each dish is priced at €5.

To accompany the food, the outdoor bar will serve beer, cider, soft drinks, water, and beer jugs, offering refreshing options for those gathering with friends and family on Porto’s most festive night.

Known for bringing together generations in a celebration filled with music, food, fireworks, and community spirit, Saint John Night transforms the streets of Porto every year. With this special menu, Blss.U joins the festivities by offering a convenient and authentic place to enjoy traditional flavors in one of the city’s most emblematic locations.

The party is not over until June 24th - the city's holiday - and Blss.U awaits you with a special brunch menu. You can choose from nachos with guacamole to traditional codfish cake, mushroom samosa, smash burger, or Caesar salad. A different Portuguese taste to continue celebrating.
