Lagos Marina Hotels: Construction Progresses at a Steady Pace

Construction at the Lagos Marina Hotels, one of Mercan Properties’ hospitality developments in the Algarve, continues to advance, with significant progress across several key areas of the project.

Current activities focus on the final finishing work in guest rooms and corridors, the development of guest common areas, the completion of back-of-house spaces, and the installation of hotel equipment. Exterior infrastructure and landscaping works are also underway, bringing the development closer to completion.

Representing an investment of €107.8 million, the project includes two internationally recognized Hilton-branded hotels: the 5-star Lagos Marina Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, and the 4-star Hilton Garden Inn Lagos, offering a combined total of 270 rooms.

Located next to Lagos Marina, with views of the Atlantic Ocean, the development combines contemporary architecture, comfort, and leisure facilities, creating a distinctive hospitality experience in one of Portugal’s most popular tourism destinations.
